Heleen Behrens is in charge of the conveyancing department and has extensive experience in property and conveyancing law. The Department consists of one secretary, Lana Kornelius and a Law Student. The skilled staff together have over 20 years experience and are capable of handling large quantities of conveyancing on a professional and costs effective basis. The department is fully computerized and equipped with Internet and e-mail facilities. The firm has been doing property transfers in Midrand, Pretoria, Potchefstroom and Carletonville.

BOND ORIGINATING

We have recently started up a bond originating service which compliments our vision to provide an all-in-one service to our clients to eliminate the current obstacle experienced currently in the conveyancing process where many role players are involved in one process.

We assist our clients with their bond application with the following banks:
